Newport Conservatives and the Prospective Candidates for Malpas Ward David Gapper-Hampson and James Hampson, are pleased to be supporting an Art Exhibition by Clare Casey on Saturday the 3rd (11am - 5pm) and Sunday the 4th (10am - 5pm) June 2017, at Malpas Court Social Enterprise, Malpas, Newport, NP20 6AD.
Clare said "I want to show people that a distraction like art, for me can help with pain".
After having to to give up work due to a condition called Fibromyalgia, I found myself a little lost and struggled to get through each day. 2013 was the year my son gifted me with a set of paints. Again, I was lost so I joined a local art group and to my surprise found I could paint!
The hobby has helped me to manage my condition, and my exhibition I hope will inspire people with any chronic pain condition. I continue to develop my artistic focus and I'm now taking orders of commissions.
Please come along and support me, your presence would be wonderful.
Newport Conservatives wish Clare every success with her debut art exhibition and for the future.
